Session Details

What to Expect

I offer private, individual sessions in a tranquil, quiet setting in my Westlake area office or online in the privacy of your home.  Each session is a combination of  coaching and hypnosis specific to your unique goals. 

The first session lasts about 90 minutes and follow up sessions last 45 minutes to an hour. In each session we take time to review your progress, discuss your homework (yes, I give you homework) and then guide you into a state of trance to bring your subconscious mind in line with your conscious desires.

This creates the pathway to deep, lasting, positive change. Because this is a much more powerful process of change than traditional therapy, most clients will achieve their goals in 6 sessions or less.

I offer help with:

Employ techniques to reduce or eliminate stress, promote relaxation, and reframe specific behavior patterns.

Learn relaxation techniques for use in the middle of a panic attack, stop thoughts that produce panic attacks, replace negative thoughts with positive coping statements and learn to accept all feelings and sensations.

Improve self-perception, reframe past negative behavior, increase confidence and self-acceptance; train the mind to reach specific goals, instill feelings of comfort with regard to success.

Eliminate poor nighttime habits and restructure pre-bedtime mental activity, allowing for a restful night’s sleep.

Release blocked potential in areas of writing, painting, and the performing arts; motivate production and promote the use of the trance state as an aid to insight.

Control pain in chronic conditions such as arthritis, TMJ, back pain or migraines. Learn techniques for reducing pain from surgery, injury, or disease.

Ease the symptoms and reduce the effects of such chronic problems as IBS, fibromyalgia, or ulcers.

Ease anxiety about surgery and promote post-operative healing.

Support peaceful childbirth using the Blissborn Hypnosis method.
